Forms and Tools Production

This department specialize in production of die casting forms and injection moulding forms. Our own design office and close cooperation with other departments enable us to provide complex service for our clients e.g. design and perform an ordered form and manufacture it. This type of service makes for prompt execution of an order and reduces risk of defects regarding ready made die casting or moulding. Tool department executes also orders regarding designing structure of a product to be made with use of die casting and moulding press what results in reduction of faulty casting and defective products.

Tool room of FAM Technika Odlewnicza Sp. z o.o.  is one of few subjects on Polish market which has got potential and capacity to properly design and make a form for magnesium die casting.

Technika Odlewnicza Sp. z o.o.  is at present the biggest casting house with experience regarding production of magnesium die casting with hot chamber method in Poland. As a result of that after designing and making a die casting form it is possible to introduce it into production.

Tools produced by Technika Odlewnicza Sp. z o.o.  are used in production process of automotive, electric engineering , construction, furniture and household appliances industry.
